Through endowments and citizen/business donations, we are able to provide scholarships for the children of Irving Fire Department members. Once a year, we open the application process to graduating High School seniors whose parents/guardians are current IFD members. When the application period is over, the Foundation Board redacts personal information, so each student is unable to be identified, and then gives the packet to non-IFD affiliated readers. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
